Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you submit a product, brand, creative, or payment for someone else, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the information is accurate.
Acceptable use
Do not automate votes, buy or coerce votes, evade rate limits, interfere with the service, submit malware or deceptive destinations, impersonate another party, infringe rights, or use Dethrone unlawfully. We may reject, remove, suspend, freeze, or cancel affected activity.
Submissions and license
You retain ownership of submitted names, logos, taglines, and links. You grant Dethrone a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, resize, and display them as needed to review, operate, promote, and archive the relevant battle or placement. You warrant that you have the necessary rights.
Prices and payment
The price shown in an approved private invitation is locked for its stated validity period. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Taxes, currency conversion, and issuer fees may apply. A purchase buys the described single-battle participation or placement—not a guaranteed audience, click count, vote count, ranking, or commercial outcome.
Refunds
If Dethrone cancels a paid battle before it starts, the payment is eligible for a full refund. If a platform failure causes a paid battle to be void, the operator may offer a refund or free rescheduling. Normal completion, low traffic, an unfavorable result, purchaser error, or enforcement caused by prohibited conduct does not automatically create a refund right. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Results and availability
Results reflect valid recorded votes under the published rules and may be delayed for review. We may use emergency controls to protect integrity or availability. The service is provided on an as-available basis; Dethrone does not endorse, certify, or guarantee any listed product or sponsor.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Dethrone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use, downtime, a ranking, or third-party destinations. Any direct aggregate liability relating to a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Contact support@dethrone.today first so the operator can investigate. These terms are governed by the law applicable where the operator is established, subject to non-waivable consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.
